No pets allowed (violations will result in eviction without refund)

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
• Pool Fee: Non-refundable
• Dec–Feb: Pool is drained and unavailable
• Fireplaces unavailable June- Oct 1
• No refunds for amenity malfunctions, though we’ll work quickly to resolve any issues

Optional pool heating is available November 1–May 31 for $150 (first 3 days) + $40/day after, if requested. The pool is heated by a electric heat pump and managed by the property manager and typically stays 75–85°F, though an exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of your arrival. Heating is unavailable June 1–October 31.
