Great location, within walking distance of most bars, beach front property cute cottage with full bath / shower, air conditioning, newly remodeled. Beds are comfortable. Cozy front porch with plenty of shade.

Pre-season rental

This is a terrific place; great location, clean and comfortable. It was quiet since we were there in May, before the summer season. Four adults slept very comfortably in cozy beds. I highly recommend a stay here and hope to return one summer to enjoy the beach!

Beautiful Lake Cottage

The property was exactly as described. Our host was great with communication. The cottage was decorated beautifully. Could not ask for a better location. I highly recommend the place!

Perfect for a getaway

We enjoyed the house and property. Plenty of room in the backyard to relax and enjoy the sound of the lake with direct beach access. The host provided chairs we could take out on the beach with us. The house was clean and well kept with a nice sitting area (living room) and small dining room/kitchen perfect for preparing small meals. Walking access to all of the shops and amusement park as well.

sylvan beach rental

This was absolutely wonderful!! off street parking, although a parking pass was provided if needed. Close enough to walk to whatever we wanted to check out. Having the beach right out from the back yard was so convenient and easy for us to go into the water without alot of interaction with other beachgoers. Checking in was super easy and the rental was very clean and inviting. We spent 4 nights here and were very comfortable. When I needed to text the owner she always was quick to respond and friendly. We would definitely recommend this rental and would very much enjoy staying here again. :)

The cottage was so cute, just as listed The kitchen doesn’t have hot water to wash dishes, we made it work because it was so cute right on the water, walking distance to some restaurants, a very cute little village
