Our newley renovated apartment is fully equipped with amenities, including a kitchen, dining, work desk, comfortable seating areas, and high-speed Wi-Fi. You'll also enjoy access to the hotel amenities such as an on-site water taxi, fitness center, restaurant, pool, bars and valet. The property is in the best location just 15 minutes from the airport and is within walking distance of everything. Beach, restaurants supermarket, gym, Starbucks, shopping and more No car is needed! valet is available on site for $50 a day.

Please do not remove any of our belongings. Due to pet allergies, we do not allow pets of any sort, regardless, if they are service dogs to ensure the safety of our guests. Thank you

This property was clean and beautiful it is right by the bridge and the highway so expect some traffic and noise but other than that the view was beautiful and the suite was pristine

The view was amazing!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view of the intracoastal and ocean is amazing ! The convenience to the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance was excellent! The property owner was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay.

Great Location and Facilities

We really had a great time at our stay. The location is very convenient to groceries, the beach, and also a good selection of nearby bars. We were able to use the kitchen to cook several nights so we didn't always have to eat out. And the views from the balcony are wonderful. Overall a great place to stay.

This is a great property!!! Clean, modern and well kept. Water taxi stop at the property is the best!!! Watch all the ship traffic, from balcony,transit thru drawbridge!!!

Excellent location and beautiful condo

Highly recommend this condo walking distance to beach, restaurants, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. The views from the balcony are fabulous for morning coffee and evening beverage. Having the amenities of the hotel was a plus. Never needed a car, everything in walking distance including a very nice Publix for grocery. Jason, the Host, was extremely communicative, kind and professional. Highly recommend this condo! Great for remote workers like me!
