- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

I am retired and living in Richmond, Va, just a short 5 hours away from Palmwood Villas, the location of the 2 bedroom condo, and The TideMaster, the location of the 3 bedroom condo. Having been an owner at Palmwood Villas since 1985 and the TideMaster since 2013, I am well aware of the benefits our complex offers to families! Most of my rental base is comprised of repeat vacationers and many families start early in reserving multiple units for family reunion/vacations. Both condos are corner units and both offer fantastic views of the ocean, plus both are conveniently located near the attractions of Main Street!
