Cozy Chatham Cottage walk to Hardings beach Restaurants & downtown.
Newly remodeled 1950's era cottage with all the comforts for a great visit. Just off the living room and thru French doors is a very private deck with a gas grill, Weber kettle and a wrought iron table for 4. The cedar plank outdoor shower is just steps off the deck. Short walk or bike ride to many restaurants and stores. Hardings Beach is 1/2 mile away, walk or ride bikes (2 bikes on property). Downtown Chatham is minutes away by car, certainly a fun bike ride or a nice walk. The cottage has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and 1.5 bathrooms (half bath has washer and dryer) living area with love seat and chair and television. Front sunroom area provides table seating for up to 4 people. The kitchen has a gas stove, toaster oven and coffee maker. Additionally, kitchen water is filtered. Great front yard patio filled with flowering plants with seating and small fire pit for another area to relax in.

Cottage was clean and well-equipped, bikes were in good working order, location was great- close to bike path, ponds for swimming, and not far from downtown. Only disappointment was the beaches were absolutely covered in seaweed, but Jill was quick to send pond recommendations for better swimming.
This is a very nice cottage. It is cozy and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. The weather was beautiful so we were able to take advantage of the deck and patio.
Quaint cottage close to all that's wonderful in Chatham. Just as listed. Comfortable for me and my adult kids. Enjoyed the bikes with a bike ride thru town.
This small cottage was the meeting point for our adventures hiking and simple beach days around Chatham. The location is equidistant from restaurants, stores and the beaches. The cottage is well appointed indeed with nicely equipped and attractive compact kitchen, comfortable living/dining areas. The terrace is lovely and private with a fun outside shower. The second bedroom was confining, but both mattresses high quality. It would be helpful if there is a guidebook to working the TV and the ceiling fan in the 1st bedroom. We were grateful to have the excellent air conditioning as well as fans during the hot spell. Pretty plantings out front and thank you for the lovely vase of roses upon arrival.
The cottage was a quick drive to beaches and downtown Chatham. We did not find it close enough to walk or ride a bike to either beach or town. It was a nice run to oyster pond. The cottage was fine for the five nights we stayed, but it did get small for two adults and a 17 year old. The pictures didn’t explain that the second bedroom with the full bed has the shower- along with all the cottage cleaning supplies. It was awkward. The one AC wall unit was enough if we closed all the bedroom doors while we weren’t using them. We tried to cook dinner several nights, but found it difficult with such limited space and pans. The cottage would benefit from having a regular toaster that would be smaller than the current toaster oven and then adding a microwave on a wall shelf. The outdoor shower was a fun experience. The front chairs under the tarp made for lovely reading spot. We found it significantly overpriced for the accommodations. The overview said that beach towels were provided. We found two dusty towels shoved into a basket- and one was covered in blood. The host was not overly communicative. I’m used to receiving welcome directions via an email, and this time I had to search for details. We created lovely family memories during our visit, but next time will stay elsewhere.

We greatly appreciate our hosts work with this cozy cottage. Indoor outdoor space was great for our family. Outdoor shower was a great bonus. Easy breeze into town or to Ridgevale Beach where our kids chased crabs for hours. Many thanks!
We had a wonderful stay at this charming rental in Chatham! The house was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal — close to downtown with lovely shops and restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive. The check-in process and check-out process was very easy as well. Would definitely stay here again!
What a lovely place to relax and a great base to spend a couple of days exploring Chatham and Cape Cod. There is so much to do and see nearby, and the space had everything we needed. We enjoyed our beautiful beach walks and we found the town of Chatham both vibrant and quaint. Thanks to our very welcoming hosts who were very responsive, with very thoughtful touches. Thank you!
cozy, clean, and every detail thoughtfully considered in this cottage escape. The home was clean and serene like a hotel - but with the charm of a cottage. We loved staying here, it was a perfect size and space for me and my spouse. the host Jill was both responsive and helpful! We would love to come back.
The cottage was perfect for the two of us. Location close to town and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The quiet and private back patio are perfect for grilling, dining and cocktails. The included bikes were a nice addition that allowed us to ride the beautiful Cape Cod Rail Trail. Highly recommend.
Chatham is a beautiful, quaint little town, and Cape Cod in general is a wonderful place. This house was perfect for a couple, and I'm sure would be perfect with up to 4 (given 2 bedrooms). It's a short drive to town, it was spotless, check in was super easy, it looks exactly like the pictures, and Jill was prompt and professional. We had a great time and built memories we won't soon forget.
The cottage was in a great location to jump back on the main road to explore other areas of The Cape + to Chatham. My sister and I loved running into town in the morning, enjoying morning coffee on the deck and having laundry was such a bonus!
We loved the charm of the cottage, tucked in a quiet space, missed having a full length mirror, but that was our only feedback. Beds were cozy, had everything we needed and the water pressure was AMAZING - what is the secret? :)
What a great little cottage! This place was so cozy, and even though the weather didn’t cooperate, the indoors was comfortable for my husband and I to hang out in. Very comfortable beds, cute decor, and had all you need in it. Owners were easily accessible if we needed anything! A great stay in a great location. When we’re back on the cape, we’ll be back!! Thank you Jill
