This condo is in the heart of the popular Highlands neighborhood. Steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops on Baxter Ave and Bardstown Road. We offer two off street parking spaces. One is contained in a gated area and the other is an off street space along the side of the building. This condo is three stories with access to a shared courtyard. Just minutes away from downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs - Home of the Kentucky Derby. Centrally located.
This condo has three floors which is creates a lot of privacy. When you enter the condo on the first floor you walk into the living room/kitchen area. Here you will find air hockey and a Ms. Pac-man arcade game. Also on the first floor is a half bath. The second floor contains 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom attached. The second floor also contains the laundry room. On the third floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full size daybed with a twin trundle and private bathroom. There is a doorbell camera that records audio and video when it is triggered by motion. This will be on during your stay.

Loved the neighborhood! So fun and walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. We brought our four kids and loved the safety of having a gated complex, too.
Our host provided everything we needed and responded quickly to our queries. We especially enjoyed the coffee bar! Excellent location just steps from restaurants and shops!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is centrally located to restaurants and bars. But still quiet enough that you can hang back too. The host was responsive with questions too. Overall we enjoyed our time! Thanks!
We had a good stay at this location. It was two adults so plenty of room to spread out and nice for us to have a his and hers bathroom. The secured parking space was a nice addition that gave us peace of mind. The location is convenient to get to and from most of the Louisville attractions. Most everything we did was within 15 minutes of the condo.The host has no control over this but the condo is in a lively location with bars and restaurants so there is definitely some weekend noise but the provided sound machines helped at bedtime. We didn’t experience any noise issues on the week days. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this location again.
The condo is very nice and in a great location. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance and central to Louisville if you need to drive. We stayed during the week and didn't experience any noise from the neighborhood as others have mentioned.
