The inside was really nice and had a lot of space for gathering both inside and out. The yard needed tending to and the neighborhood wasn’t the best but it served our needs well!!

Phoenix stay

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the brightness of the house and the size of the house. I was with my 3 grown sons and their significant others. There was a ping pong table and I forgot how competitive my grown sons were. It was fun to watch them play. Thank you for all the clean towels and the atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet and we like that. We had a wonderful stay.

Quick Trip College Drop Off

We were looking for a close enough home to GCU before dropping or son and a couple of other kids off to college. It was a convenient location close enough to school and big enough for parents and kids. It was modern and very clean and I would book again when visiting in town. The host was friendly and communicated very quickly. The rooms were large and sleep multiple people.

My friends said that the windows were not locked. The air conditioner was on 59 degrees and the house was very cold.
