Welcome to your luxurious home away from home! Fully furnished with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and smart TVs, this is the ultimate vacation destination.

With 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms with ample space for up to 10 guests to stay comfortably. For additional guests, an air mattress can be provided upon request. The home features 3 spacious full bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and one conveniently located in the hallway near the other rooms and a poolside bathroom with shower.

In the open-concept kitchen, you’ll find a very large island, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you could need to create delicious family meals. You will have a smart TV to watch in the kitchen as well.

Each bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, and hand towels, so you don't have to worry about packing those items for your vacation. The property also includes a washer and dryer.

Only registered guests (12 max) may be on the premises at any time. The exterior of the property is under complete video surveillance for safety purposes at all times, but privacy is completely respected. Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

SMOKING/VAPING: outdoor smoking permitted only (back patio only). Guest agrees to pay a $500/ per day Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered inside the house by the host/manager or cleaning crew after the guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home and lost revenue during cleaning.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You, your guests, and visitors, agree that any drug use on the Property, or using the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by the Host, and a refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.

PARTIES/ VENDORS: No parties, No Events. Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited. $300 fee if you break this rule. Guests and visitors will be immediately evicted without a refund for unused days remaining.
