Modern house—A perfect home away from home

Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home.

You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). Check out the rest of this listing for more details on shared spaces.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Coming from Michigan, we were looking for a local place, that was within minutes of downtown. This place is very quaint. We loved it. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's clean and cozy. It was a nice escape from exploring the tourist-y things in Nashville. I booked this place last minute before Christmas and it was no big deal to Alex. He still welcomed us. I appreciated that. Very nice place to stay.

Great location! A quiet getaway after spending the day in the busyness of downtown. Alex is a great host and very responsive. The front porch swing was awesome! We would stay there again if coming back to Nashville. And for an added bonus, this location is only a few minutes away from one of our favorite breakfast restaurants, Snooze!
