The Space:
A large living area with open concept kitchen, dining and living room welcome you to the condo. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, patio with BBQ, in suite laundry, free WiFI, TV in the living room and bedroom, heated oversized parking and is located in the highly sought building of the Lodges of Canmore.
The space includes:
Open concept dinning room / living area with pull out sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen including: stove, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher.
Inviting bedroom with comfortable king sized bed and high-quality linens.
Full bathroom with bath tub / shower combination.
Balcony furnished with a bistro dinning set perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The Lodges of Canmore complex include:
1. Heated underground parking with a 7’3 parkade door to accommodate large vehicles.
2. The Best Year-around Heated outdoor saltwater Swimming pool in town. Open all year and only closes when temperatures reach – 20C then will reopen when it is warmer out.
3. Access to THREE outdoor hot tubs.
4. Fantastic exercise room
5. Outdoor playground area nearby
6. The complex features a 24 hour front desk.
Please treat the space with respect. If there are any problems, please let us know and we will resolve it as soon as we can. Upon booking confirmation guests will be sent a booking link by us and will be required to fill out a rental agreement. This link will also have everything you need for your stay.
Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available.
If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.
This property does not have Air Conditioning. Please understand that summer can be warm and the property can get hot. Fans are supplied to help keep things cool. However we are limited in what we can do as there is no AC with this building. If having AC is important to you please inquire with us for other alternative properties that have AC.
Guest Access:
You will check in at the front desk, from there the entrance to the secure parking garage is located at the Grizzly Parking Once parked, take the elevator to the 2nd floor to your condo.
You'll have the entire condo to yourself and you will have access to the year round shared outdoor swimming pool and choose from three hot tubs and fitness area tub in the complex.
The Neighborhood:
The location is also easily walkable to shops of Canmore, Canmore Main Street, the new Bridigette Bar in Spring Creek. Easy drive to Norquay, Banff, Kananaskis and Lake Louise.
Getting Around:
An easy 20-minute drive (or bus) to Banff National Park and just a little further (about 50 min drive to the beautiful Lake Louise, including Lake Moraine, Banff, Icefields Parkway.
There is a great bicycle trail (Legacy Trail) between Banff and Canmore
World famous skiing resorts are close by: Banff Sunshine Village is 20 min drive, Lake Louise Ski Area 50 min drive, Shuttle service is available to the ski resorts.
Mt Norquay 15 min drive from Canmore, and Nakiska Ski resort is the closest from Calgary in Kananaskis country.

For the price paid this property is just fine. Definitely shows its age with patches on chairs ect tho. Towels are skimpy.
Suited our purposes for the weekend and we left happy.
Our one week stay at this condo was just perfect!The very well appointed and equipped condo had everything we needed. Wonderful location with easy access to walking, biking and shopping. Thank you so much we will be back.

This unit is perfect for a couple looking to get away from it all, a quick walk to downtown Canmore and access to the 3 hot tubs and heated pool on the property! Relaxing and rejuvenating!
The property was exactly as described. We stayed 4 nights and so enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The kids loved the pool and we were there everyday! The only slight con was that it got a bit stuffy at night with AC. There were fans but it got a bit hard to regulate temperature
The property is as advertised. It is very clean and very well maintained. It seems to have all the essentials you would expect and the kitchen utensils were all of very good quality. The view was lovely, and the bed very comfortable. The check in process was an absolute breeze. Loved it. Would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone who is interested.
Accommodations had everything we needed for a couple nights stay, clean and comfortable. Great communication with owner/manager and very easy check in process. Enjoyed the hot tub, great location and walking distance to downtown area. Recommend Bridgette's restaurant just down the road, had a fantastic meal. Underground parking, a very tight garage door to get through but once you're in there's lots of space.
