Studio Apt Pawtuckaway River w/ Man made pond 20 mins to Seacoast Pets Welcome
Property is located in Nottingham on 90 +/- Acres Situated on the river bank of the Pawtuckaway River. We also have a man made spring fed beautiful pond. Fully Furnished, Wifi & utility's are included. We run a small sand & gravel business on the premises. The apartment sits above the back half of the Garage workshop at Nottingham Sand & Gravel. Business is open 7-4pm, Its Mostly pretty quiet however we have a noise cancelling sound machine with many sounds to choose from. Lots of walking trails on the property & surrounding. If you love to kayak this is a great place lots of water surrounding and near by . 5 Min. Drive to Pawtuckaway State Park & Beach, 20 Min Drive to the Seacoast & just a little over and hr to Boston. Close to shopping & restaurants.
