The main reason we picked this cabin was for the stocked pond and it did not disappoint! My son caught fish constantly. All the extra bathrooms were a bonus with 2 teenage girls and I love that the girls and the boys had their own space. We all enjoyed the amenities at the cabin. There was plenty to do on site. I love how we felt secluded and had plenty of privacy but were close to restaurants and things to do. Would stay here again.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad Playin' At The Pond lived up to expectations — so happy your son had nonstop fishing fun and that the extra bathrooms and separate spaces worked well for your group. Great to hear you enjoyed the on-site amenities and the secluded feel while still being close to restaurants and activities. We appreciate you choosing Treeline Vacation Rentals and hope to host you again.
Beautiful cabin! Has everything you need for a relaxing family vacation.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad Playin' At The Pond was beautiful and had everything you needed for a relaxing family vacation. We appreciate you choosing Treeline Vacation Rentals and hope to host you again soon.
The house was nice. The water pressure was really low. Ice maker didn't work . Contacted the host but wasn't fixed. Had a problem with dishwasher and told the host, it wasn't fixed either. I would not rent this property again.
We had such an amazing stay at this house! House was super clean and had many amenities for us! Management was beyond nice and quickly to respond if we needed something. We hope to be back to this house again for a new adventure!

Not great. The hot tub was dirty from the time we got there we followed instruction on adding the chlorine and it never improved. I had to make everyone get out last night because it was so gross. There were boogers on all the top bunk rails and walls the dishwasher couldn't be fixed. The air hockey table couldn't be fixed. All the boxes of puzzles were mixed up with each other and strands of hair. A lot of the things that were advertised as amenities weren't up to par. in our opinion, it was a lot of money for a below average place.
Our family & friends had a great time. We had 11 in our party and the accommodations were perfect!! Listing didn't note the 2 miles of unpaved roads to get there or that one of the king beds/bathroom was separated from the main house. We had a few issues at check-in but they responded quickly to address them. Once on the main road, it was close to everything! If we take a big group again, we'd definitely book again!

Summer Family trip
We were excited for this trip, but unfortunately, our stay fell short in several ways. Upon arrival, we had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi—no password was provided (via email or written), and the upstairs A/C wasn’t working. Without internet, it was hard to get help, and resolving these issues took most of our first day.Cleanliness was a concern. A dirty mop head was left in the laundry room, cobwebs and dead bugs were present, and the coffee pot still had old residue and a dead bug inside. The stained couch mentioned in earlier reviews hadn’t been addressed, and the furniture overall could use deep cleaning. There were some positives: the cabin has great amenities, plenty of TVs, and our kids loved the pickleball court, upstairs game area, and their own bathrooms. We also enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit and relaxing in the peaceful outdoor setting. However, a few days after our stay, several members of our group developed large, itchy welts. The kids recalled seeing bugs in their beds. While we used bug spray outdoors, we did not use it inside. We’re unsure if the bites were from spiders or something more serious. We suggest having the interior professionally treated for bugs. With improvements to cleanliness, responsiveness, and pest control, this could be a great rental. As it stands, we’d be hesitant to return or recommend it.
We loved our stay at "Playin at the Pond". Our family decided to spend a long weekend together for Pappy's 70th birthday. The kids loved the place. There was plenty of beds for everyone and plenty to do. In fact, the kids did not want to go to the state park. They just wanted to stay to play pickleball and basketball, air hockey and other games and they could not wait until dark to roast marshmallows for s'mores. We even took a few walks through the neighborhood and fished in the pond. Our only complaint was the roads to get there. There was a two mile rock road from the highway to the cabin and it was hard on our cars. Had we known ahead of time, we would have brought our trucks or jeeps.
The weekend was great! Check-in was seamless except the extended bedroom had a code that wasn’t given to me but one phone call and issue solved. The pond was stocked but small bass fish. They were so small that we threw them back in the pond. We followed the Check out process but it seemed as though we cleaned the place for the cleaners. Overall the place was very nice and relaxing. Game room was fun as well. . Be prepared for dirt roads in route to the cabin.
Property was even better than pictures show. Family of 14 total had a comfortable place to sleep. We went for walks, played pickleball, shuffleboard was fun but we did need to level it a little with playing cards. Lots of room to spread out. Loved the many areas to sit on the porch and the automatic fireplaces made getting warm super easy. Would definitely recommend and return!
Great house. It was fine for what we needed it for. The property was clean, the beds were nice, and the bathrooms were clean. My issue was the kitchen setup. It lacks several prep items, such as bowls and utensils, to cook with. It is not a well-stocked kitchen, and you would have difficulty cooking a full meal (as I did) if that is your plan. There are zero mixing bowls. 2 small stainless steel ones, and that's it. The towels in the bathrooms were of cheaper quality, a basic hotel towel. The rug in the living room is extremely dirty and stained; although the couch was comfortable, it was also stained in several areas. There was plenty of space inside the home. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again. There are ample better cabins in Hocatown with better accommodations.

Great place for family and kids
Playing at the pond had so much. My family really enjoyed our fall break especially the kids. So many games and fishing. Can't recommend it enough!!
This is a very nice and accommodating property for all ages. Very clean and modern. Obvious that it is quite new (which means everything sometimes with short terms) and has been taking very good care of - we would absolutely stay there again!
The house was great, the property was well maintained, and the check in and check out experience was clear and easy. Couldn't ask for more.

Lovely and Great cabin for family trip
I booked this cabin in October for July 2024 trip. I wanted to be sure to stay at this one. It has a separate King bedroom and bathroom for like a mother-in-law suite or grandma and grandpa suite. It is great. Has everything you need and also has so much available to enjoy the whole trip without leaving the area.
All the games are great, Basketball, pickleball, fishing in pond, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, board games, puzzles and card games.
Great appointments to the whole cabin.
I recommend this cabin to anyone that wants family time with each other. Great for competitions in all games with several people.

Awesome Stay at Treeline Cabin
We just got back from a fantastic stay at Playin' At The Pond in Broken Bow, and it was a blast! The place had everything we needed and more. We spent a ton of time on the basketball and pickleball courts – it was great having those right there. Plus, we even caught a fish in the pond, so yes, there are definitely fish in there! The whole setup was perfect for a chill and fun getaway. If you're looking for a cool spot to relax and have a good time, I’d definitely recommend this Treeline Vacation Rentals Cabin.
