The house was in great condition and in a good location, which we really appreciated. However, there was only cold water during our stay. With 16 people in the house, everyone having to take cold showers was a significant inconvenience. In addition, the hot tub had algae on top, which was disappointing and raised concerns about maintenance. These issues definitely impacted our overall experience and should be reflected in the price.

A beautiful, wonderful place. The house is excellent. The backyard is great for relaxing .

My family is amazed by this beautiful place. We had a lot of fun, the children loved the space outside the house. We enjoyed it so much.

Great Waterfront Retreat!

The location, view, and amenities were exactly what my family and I were looking for. We were in town visiting family in the Ruskin area and this home was our gathering place for the weekend. We were about 20 minutes away from the Ruskin/Apollo Beach area. The host responded very quickly via messages and phone calls. The house was super clean, had good pots and pans, the grill and outside bar worked well for our small gathering, and having the pool was a blast for the whole family. We utilized the fire pit on a cold evening. The only con was that the host controlled the thermostat. However, they responded timely each time we asked them to change it. Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend this home to others.

Horrible horrible communication! I do not recommend, it took Jennifer days to reply to any concerns I had! The property is nice but the area and home is not that great. The pool was filthy and we were told someone would come out to clean it and also paid for heating and no one showed, and never received a refund after being told we would! The house looked like no one has stayed in it in years! There were spider webs every where in and outside on the balcony and patio! Also the grass was not mowed! The home was not taking care of and not that clean! I hope they will do better in the future!
