Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Location is great in that you are 2 blocks from the beach and have great views from any location on the property BUT that’s about it. Unfortunately, it appears they become more of frat house type property. I stayed here once before and it was not nearly as bad as this time around. Room was dirty(killed a bunch of roaches, found what appeared to be blood stains on the comforter, it doesn’t appear that they sweep or mop the floors which were covered in dirt and hair or wipe down any furniture given that they left us what seemed to be marijuana shavings on the night stand) TV remote was broken so had no TV, broken toilet seat and one of the beds was completely sunken in. The location feels like a budget motel pretending to be a classy establishment. Communication between the host, property management company, VRBO and Expedia was terrible. There was zero urgency by the property or hosts to resolve any issue or move us out of our room even though we had been communicating from the moment we walked into the room that the room was filthy and littered with roaches.
Can’t speak to any other aspect of the property but the room we had was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
