Modern house is located in small village on bicycle path that leads in Germany. Close to river, possible for swimming, or rent paddleboard. Nice walks, 3km to the historical city Roudnice nad Labem. Restaurants are in the next villages, around 2 km far from the house. Quite and private place with garden, five bedrooms, comfy beds and sheets, three bathrooms - one bathtube and two showers and four toilets. Luxury kitchen with Rangemaster cooker, two fridges and two freezers, dishwasher, table with chairs for 12 people. Sitting room is full of light, big seat for five people and two arm chairs. In sitting room is also fireplace that is possibe to use. On the garden is table with chairs for 8 people, firepit and grill for barbecue.
