Designed for families and groups, our beautifully updated waterfront home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 king beds, 4 twin beds, two spacious living rooms, and a dedicated game room.

Bring your boat, or jet skis and enjoy easy access to the water. Boat trailer parking is available, and nearby launches make getting on the lake simple.

Explore miles of shoreline, boat to local waterfront restaurants, fish right from the dock, or spend the afternoon tubing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, or paddleboarding.

Looking for even more adventure? The Moses Lake Sand Dunes are only about 15 minutes away. Bring your ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, or side-by-sides and enjoy one of Washington's favorite riding destinations before returning to relax by the lake. A backyard hose is available to rinse off your gear after a day on the dunes.

We provide Pack 'n Plays, booster seats that attach securely to dining chairs, and children's dishes and cups. Please note that baby gates are not provided.

SEASONAL WATER LEVELS

Moses Lake is managed by the local irrigation district, and the lake level is typically lowered from early November through early April for seasonal maintenance. During this time, the dock remains available for relaxing and enjoying the waterfront, but boating and swimming from the property may be limited until the lake returns to normal summer levels.

HOUSE RULES

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, smoking, or vaping.

We enjoyed our family reunion over the 4th of July with the perfect lake location to see the fireworks. The yard space, cornhole sets, kayaks & paddle boards entertained all ages.

I can't say enough about this place. We had a flawless trip with the whole family for 4 days and couldnt have been happier with the house and where it is located. Close to everything you could possibly want. Groceries, restaurants and obviously, the lake! Communication could not have been better. Game room was a total bonus. Highly recommend and will definitely rent again!

So fun!

My college friend and I came for Grandma Camp with our three 11-year-olds. We loved that the girls could all sleep in the same room and we had our own bedrooms for a little rest and space from the busyness of the getaway. The house had so many amenities, games (outdoors and indoors), and extras--more than we have experienced in any other VRBO. It was a beautiful setting and we enjoyed our meals on the covered patio as well as in the dining room. We loved being able to watch the girls paddle board and kayak--having independence but also supervision. The lawn was great for volleyball and tag. The kitchen was well-equipped, decor updated, and the house was spacious. The host was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond our expectations. A Moses Lake getaway turned out to be a delight!

Hosting allows us to share a place we truly love with others. We take great care in making sure guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and able to fully enjoy their time on the lake. Our goal is to provide a clean, relaxing, and memorable stay where you can unwind, connect, and experience the best of lakefront living.
