There is miles of beach to enjoy here. Loaded with amenities make it the ideal family getaway. Whether you prefer to take the elevator or stairs, you will be a few steps from the North Clubhouse with pool, hot tub, tennis courts, gym, sauna, shuffleboard, and basketball hoop. Want a change of scenery? Take a 2 minute walk to the South Clubhouse where you will find another pool and hot tub. Take your evening stroll through the nature trail located right in your backyard. Enjoy in privacy your peaceful evenings or morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the mangrove estuary. Take a short drive to Flagler Ave or Canal St., New Smyrna Beach’s hot spots, full of unique gift shops, restaurants, bars and, our kids’ favorite, ice-cream shops.
