The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. We left a day early because the weather changed and we were going to have to stay inside. The prospect had us packing.

Great overnight

We were moving & needed a place to lay our heads for one night. Owner is awesome & allowed us early check-in. Place was perfect & we wished we were staying longer.

Good Location

Apartment as described and good location. Kitchen needs more equipment. Beds are good and area is quiet. Bathroom sinks and toilets are really low, needs improvement. Overall a good stay.

This place was perfect!! Kids have a bunk room. Two bathrooms. Little patio in the shade. This place was perfect for us!!! It was clean, spotless. It was cozy and updated!

I have to say we were very impressed with this. For a smaller place it was perfect for us. The decorating was simple , clean and elegant. The king bed was soooo comfortable. We felt at home right when we walked in. Everything worked.

We had a good time - apartment is very convenient. Kids complained about getting hot water in one of the baths. Apartment is clean at the outset. We dropped something the floor and while picking up we found a lot of trash under the couch.
