This is a beautiful ocean front room with plenty of seating in the living room for lots of people. The host is very easy to reach if you ever have questions about the room. I highly recommend this unit.

Perfect Location

Amazing ocean front view , this condo was a perfect location in Kappa and a perfect unit with privacy and amazing view ! Was equipped with everything we needed to cook , air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable! Can’t wait to come back !

Great location!

We had a great stay at this property and it served as a terrific home base for exploring all over the island. It is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants in Kapa’a. It is an easy drive to the north or south shores. It is right on the bike path for walking, running, or biking. Perfect for what we needed!

Senior softball

The view was spectacular, it was clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable and we really appreciated the air conditioning. We could walk to the softball fields and had a wonderful time. If we return, we’d love to book it again!!

Swam every day. Sensational beach just steps from our condo. Biked, ran and walked the 4 mile path. It was the best.

Loved it

We loved this location- cute town- and right in the middle of everything. Loved waking up and watching the sunrise. Right on the boardwalk- and beach- although we drove to other beaches for the day- it was nice having the option of it right here. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice unit

Nice condo that was as advertised. Great location on the beach and also within the Pono Kai resort. Air conditioned in both bedrooms and the living room. The unit was as good as it was the previous times we stayed there. Hope to stay there again.

Great location for this island. Ground floor, can't get better. Walk out the door and your feet are in the grass and real close to the beach.

Nice Condo - Nice Location

The condo is a bit dated, but was clean and comfortable. My family had a good time and were happy with the condo. The location right on the ocean was fabulous. And, it is just a block and a half from most of Kapa'a town, which was super convenient. Do note, the reference to three beds includes a sofa bed in the living room.
