3 bdroom and 2 bath house. Short and long term rentals. vacations/SNOWBIRDS

This home accommodates up to 6 -7 guests and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. This home is 1 block from the ocean and can make that walk in less than 5 minutes. TV's in everyone room. Completely remolded and professionally furnished. Stainless and Granite top, fully furnished kitchen with both Keurig and trad coffee maker. !st floor has a king bed with memory foam mattress and full bath. Washer and dryer are provided in the home. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed with memory foam hybrid mattress and the second with twin beds. Also, the 2 full bathroom on the 2nd floor. Balcony is located off of the 2nd floor bdroom - a great pace to enjoy your coffee in the am or a cocktail at night.
This property can be rented for 3 nights min for vacations and or for SNOWBIRDS traveling to the south to get away from the winter up north up to 3 months.
Close by to great restaurants and fun things to do. (Bowling, mini golf and or many pro golf courses, vineyards

Very nice property host was really easy to get hold of if needed, property was very clean and very easy to get to the beach just a few minutes walk, I would definitely return and stay there again.

Honeymoon

The place was great! Loved the space and having the large bed and walk in shower. I did find two cockroaches and silverware was dirty when we got there but otherwise we loved it! Will come again!

Well. I sure hope the palmetto bugs were dead. We have the house treated every two months and we just had it treated. As far as the silverware, I would say a guest must have put it in the drawer dirty and not housekeeping. Sorry for those two issues. Glad you liked the house. Always welcome back.
