Fish or Swim or Tube or Kayak the Truckee River. Ride your bike along the River Walk in both directions. Ski Mt Rose in the winter or venture up to the many Lake Tahoe Ski Areas. Bowling, casino entertainment, special events, Reno Air Races, Hot August Nights, Hot Air Ballon Races, Lake Tahoe Marathon Oct 13-15 and more.

We bought this condo July 2023 for the view of the Truckee River and location on the River Walk and bike Trail and how close it is to everything. It is amazingly convenient. Restaurants, gaming, entertainment, fishing or swimming right outside.
