The Space:
The combination of Colors, Plants and different light options will give you the joy of changing the atmosphere according to your mood, relaxing after a day in the beach or just working mood at home.

The apt is 55m2, Ideal for a couple. The sofa is really comfortable.

The Bedroom is amazing, with a big bed, King Koil new mattress.

The Living Room is Super modern, with fun sofa, huge TV and Netflix and Cables are for your use.

The kitchen is really cute, well organized with all you need to make yourself an amazing time. A toaster oven, gas, and different electronic machines provides you with all the tools to spoil yourself.

The bathroom and toilet conveniently separated, blossoming with plants, natural ventilation, bathtub and everything you need to give yourself a treat.

The balcony can be used as a working area or just a nice place to chill and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Tel Aviv. If you are a smoker you are welcome to do so in the balcony.

The apt Located in the 2nd Floor, There is no Elevator in the building.
The beach will give you the power to make it :)

The Neighborhood:
located in the Heart of Tel Aviv, in the iconic Bugrashov st. Where the sea and the beach are part of the vibes.
Fantastic location to move around the city by walking.
The Diezengoff Center is under the house.
The beach is 7 minutes walk.
The neighborhood is full of bars ,coffee shops and restaurants all around.

Despite the neighborhood 24/7 life, the apartment is quiet allowing your relaxation and privacy.
You are only a 12 mins walk from the Carmel Market.
The area is safe and full of tourists from all over the world. You can feel free to walk around in every hour of the day.

Getting Around:
In the area there are many buses lines that are passing by and taxi drivers are in every corner.

Suggestion to walk the city or rent a bicycle/scooter (drive it safe in the marked lanes), you will discover that everything is much closer than you imagine.

The Ben Gurion airport is not inside the city of Tel Aviv.
To go there by taxi is taking approx 40 minutes, with traffic can go up to one hour. There is a direct train to the airport that you can take from Azrieli station and then grab a bus to the apartment.

highly recommended downloading 'moovit' app, it will make public transportation easy.
