All major holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.
***October 2023 Solar Eclipse will be charged at peak rate. April 2024 Eclipse will be charged up tp three times the peak rate.***

Los Encino's offers all the amenities you would desire such as a fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD, tile flooring, high ceilings, comfortable bedding, 3 full baths, & spacious kitchen. Relax from your covered patio and the secluded backyard. Features a private backyard with several picnic tables, BBQ pit, and a large, covered patio area. This 4 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 20. Take advantage of the special activities that Concan offers such as golfing, Garner State Park, bike riding, helicopter rides, & Music/Restaurant House Pasture. View wildlife, walk the short distance to Frio Country Store or the Frio River.

PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
We provide:
