With convenient proximity to Alii dr., experience a variety of restaurants, live entertainment, dancing, various shopping experiences, the Holo Holo Shuttle, Honl's Beach, refreshing libations at nearby oceanside lounges, tennis and pickleball courts, and much more.

After a day of fun, sun, and sand, lounge in front of the 55” TV screen, create a luscious meal in the well-appointed kitchen offering a gas stove which is highly unusual in Hawaii.

This one bedroom / one bath unit has a new Queen size bed, PLUS offers the additional option of a pull-out Full-size sofa bed in the living room.

The complex has a saltwater pool, BBQ area, outdoor sitting areas, and assigned parking.

The condo is located on the 1st floor with minimum steps. There are four stairs into the building and two steps into the condo.

The apartment was very clean and had everything one would want/need for an extended stay abroad. We very much enjoyed the apartment as well as how close it was to ammentities.

Close to town

An easy walk to downtown Kona. Quiet neighborhood and nice accommodations. Did have a little issue with cockroaches but we understand that the island has issues as well. The welcome kit was great too! We had a great vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay. Short walking distance to shops & restaurants. Well equipped kitchen & bathroom. Extra bedding. Easy check in/ out process. Beach chairs & beach towels available for our use. Clean pool which is also close by. Washer dryer inside the unit which made washing bathing suits etc easy. Parking spot is very close to the unit (right outside of small balcony off of the dining table) Didn’t see any cockroaches as other people described but this property did have a lot of gnats throughout so I would recommend those plug in remedies for every room.

Cave like but convenient

The property was very convenient to everything however because it was ground level, it was bushes to the parking lot, so absolutely no view/light it felt like I was in a cave. I understand there’s always going to be bugs/roaches on island, but that was a little disconcerting. The place was well stocked and again very convenient.

The overall condo was great! They supplied us with things for the beach such as coolers, chairs, umbrella etc. the condo felt very much like home. The only thing is that there were roaches inside of the condo. Also the owner of the condo may have done good to keep the roaches limited the other condo conditions are unknown so even after my husband sprayed we still saw the roaches in the house. My fear is traveling home with the bugs! The windows did not full close and lots of openings around the door for insects to come inside. I would have chosen a hotel verses a condo to feel more comfortable with my vacation, overall the condo was affordable. We were able to use a pool and purchase food to save for excursions, however the roaches got into the fridge so not much was able to be properly stored.
