The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the apt. key at the Reception Desk of Tower # 4.
Dispose of all garbage and throw it down the garbage chute, which is located behind the door to the left of the elevator.
Turn off all lights and ceiling fans. Please raise the AC Temperature to 90 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are encouraged to pick up a Condominiun Rules pamphlet from the Reception desk. The Condominium Rules supersedes owner's rules. No Smoking.
This is a secured complex. Guests are required to provide their ID's (Passport, Driver's License or Dominican Cedula) before entering the Condo.
Guests need to go to the Reception Desk and obtain Bracelets. The Security Guards may not allow you to re-enter the Complex without Bracelet.
