This condo is equipped with great TVs: a 42" LCD in the living room, a 37" LCD in the bedroom, and two 19" LED TVs in the bunk area (one for the top bunk and one for the bottom bunk). EVERYONE CAN ENJOY THEIR FAVORITE SHOW IN THIS UNIT!
Be sure to catch the beautiful views Okaloosa Island while enjoying a drink on the patio .. no need to peek between the railing as this unit features tall patio furniture!
King size bed in the master room with tropical theme through out you will be reminded that you are sleeping in PARADISE.. The master bathroom features the same theme as well as a shower/tub combination which is just perfect for long bubble bath or a quick shower before heading back to the beach!
The bunk beds in the foyer with TV's for each bed provide just the perfect place even for the little ones
The living area features a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs for any additional sitting needed. Flat screen tv makes it just perfect to relax after a day on the beach, or just sit back and enjoy the view from the couch!

The condo was perfect. The view is amazing. We have 2 children and the bunk beds are great for them. We have stayed in other units at the pelican isle too. You just can not go wrong with it! Condo was very clean, check in was easy, host was available to talk and communicate when we needed to.

The relaxing, comfortable condo was the perfect location for a couple's re-connection vacay! Panhandle Florida beaches are among the best in the world and this condo highlights a beautiful view of the one on Okaloosa island. Delicious restaurants are nearby, along with a slew of activities for those who want to be more active.

Yes, these balcony sliding doors are hard to keep up, being directly on the Gulf of Mexico affords lots of salty air wind and rain making rust inevitable and these balcony doors needing new parts more often than normal condos. We'll get some new wheels on this door if needed!! This is a lovely one bedroom condo and Pelican Isle is truly a wonderful property with great amenities. A pool, hot tub, gym and direct access to the Gulf, there's not much to be longed for in a vacation destination! When we arrived there was only a shower curtain liner in the Master bath. We love the location and plan to stay again next year for 2-3 months and wish these issues were addressed.

The golf package was ideal for my husband and son! Also enjoyed the dolphin cruise and Gulfarium which we booked thru their service. A few minor maintenance issues (lights and air fresheners needed replaced)in the condo. Will be happy when the Fort Walton Beach bridge is replaced to help traffic but the condo stay was wonderful.

loved it

We loved the condo 412 . it was our first time staying on the beach in many yrs. Loved it so much hope to be back and would to stay here again. the condo was great and the process was easy. Only thing i would fix is the king size bed in master. It needs to be replaced. The right side has a big sunk in spot in it. The springs are broken or something making the bed on right side very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was perfect!

Our condo was not as nice as the one our friends stayed in and it was WAY too loud in the front bedroom to be able to enjoy a morning. It was clear we were paying for the convenience & the view. We would not stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay was amazing! Great views and comfortable enough beds. The only annoying part was the coffee maker. Says to bring filters, but the ones I bought didn’t fit right. The machine also leaked from the bottom. I should of brought my own machine because I need my coffee. The location was pretty good. No restaurants close enough to walk to, but everything was a close enough drive away! I would definitely stay there again.
