Safe and private for traveling dignitaries, officials and politicians. The house comes fully staffed, with cooks, housekeeping, and concierge service for outings and excursions. Palacio Tropical is an unforgettable oceanfront experience.

Palacio Tropical is located in an isolated and pristine area of Tambor, Costa Rica. If privacy and safety is your concern due to your status of public offices or exposure, this Villa offers the perfect location to relax and unwind without worrying about large groups of people.
The grounds and private beach area of Palacio Tropical allows you to fully enjoy your friends, family and guests without the intrusiveness of unwanted people watchers, media or paparazzi.

Palacio Tropical Concierge will greet you at the property, or pick you up from the airport in Tambor or Cobano if you chose not to rent a vehicle.

If your stay requires extra security for your personal protection, separate quarters are available for your use.
