All this in an upscale condominium with two leafy squares, landscaping and parks, sports facilities including tennis, sand court for volleyball and foot volleyball, 24 hour security, security cameras throughout the condo, close to a very quiet beach with track to practice walking / jogging and bike path.

Passamos momentos maravilhosos! As crianças curtiram muito o espaço da casa e a piscina. O proprietário Carlos foi muito atencioso e simpático. Com certeza voltaríamos a alugar esse imóvel.

Maravilhosa!

A casa é tudo o que diz na descrição. Inclusive, as fotos não representam o quanto é boa. A área de lazer é bem maior do que aparentam as fotos. A cozinha é completa e tudo funciona perfeitamente. Fomos em família e ficamos 10 dias e não tivemos nenhum problema. O Sr. Carlos muito educado e flexível. Nos sentimentos muito bem acomodados. A única coisa que sentimos falta foi de WI FI. No mais, absolutamente perfeito!

Adoramos a hospedagem, lugar excelente para família curtir com sossego e segurança. A casa tem tudo o que precisa para dormir com conforto, para cozinhar e fazer seu churrasco na beira de uma piscina ótima. Espaços para descanço e para as crianças se sentirem à vontade. Foi excelente fazer negócio com o Proprietário. Recomendo a estadia, iremos voltar sempre que possível.

Guarajuba com preço razoável

O preço do aluguel em janeiro/16 foi bem razoável. A casa é bem conservada e todos os quartos têm ar-condicionado. O proprietário Carlos está sempre à disposição. Tive um problema com o ar-condicionado (coisa normal de casa) e logo foi resolvido. A única observação é que na varanda/churrasqueira e na sala poderiam ter ventiladores de teto. A casa fica perto do mar, embora longe das barracas do centro. Custo/benefício bom. Recomendo a locação da casa.

A casa é bastante confortável, com cozinha bastante equipada e foi entregue super limpa! A piscina é excelente e condomínio muito organizado! A casa fica a duas quadras da praia e ciclovia. Parabéns aos proprietário Carlos e Simone pela atenção dispensada a minha família. Certamente voltarei. Recomendo!!

A casa atendeu bem nossas expectativas. O condomínio é bastante seguro, a praia fica a duas quadras. A loja de conveniência fica a menos de um km e dá para ir de bicicleta. Apesar de ser bastante quente, todos os quartos são climatizados. Tivemos problemas apenas com a falta de água, porque esquecíamos de ligar a bomba (rs). Para quem escolher a casa, não deixe de visitar a praia da vila de Guarajuba, é uma delícia...

O condomínio é muito seguro e tranquilo, a casa é nova, as fotos do anúncio sao atuais, tudo funciona perfeitamente, os quartos são amplos e arejados. Eu e minha família tivemos uma estadia excelente. Sr Carlos, o proprietário, muito gentil e atencioso desde o primeiro contato. Eu recomendo sem nenhuma ressalva.
