Experience modern comfort and luxury with updated rooms featuring brand new beds and furniture. Take in the beauty of nature with a fenced-in yard and hammock swings overlooking breathtaking mountain views. You won`t be disappointed with this tranquil mountain retreat!

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation.*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.*

-There is an additional fee for pets, please make sure the pets are added to your reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your total.
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. -Please pay the pet fee before your arrival.
-There is an additional fee for pets, please make sure the pets are added to your reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your total.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup

This place was perfect in every aspect. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and had everything one would need to enjoy the Flagstaff area. Having the garage space was a plus eventhough we did not need it. Check in & out was very easy,Mason communicated well and answered all of our questions prior to arrival.
