Brick house in sight and wood, very cozy, with a fireplace and barbecue on the balcony. It has 3 bedrooms, one suite, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 1 triliche, 2 baths, full kitchen, 2 rooms room with fireplace (TV and Dinner), plus a large mezzanine. Veranda around the house overlooking the pond. On the balcony barbecue with support sink. outdoor shower. Situated on a large plot surrounded by 800 m² with parking area for four cars.

É uma casa grande e confortável. Fica a 10 minutos do centrinho de carro. Tem a maioria dos eletrodomésticos necessarios para uma boa estadia. Sentimos falta de uma maquina de lavar roupas, mas como os dias foram ensolarados, deu tudo certo.

Excelente local

Foi uma estadia muito proveitosa. A casa é bem equipada e apesar de termos pego um final de semana com chuva, conseguimos aproveitar bastante só pela estrutura que a própria casa oferece. O mezanino é um excelente ambiente para relaxar e aproveitar a estadia. Não tem Wi-fi, mas isso também ajuda a desconectar-se e relaxar.

Ótima casa para férias.

O imóvel supriu nossas expectativas. Fica numa área próxima do centro de Ibiraquera e da Praia do Rosa, assim com o acesso à outras praias como Ouvidor e Luz. O local é tranquilo e muito silencioso. Por ficar numa parte alta, a vista da varanda para a Lagoa é sensacional, Voltaria com certeza.
