Coffee house not Open on Sundays and we were told that they were open. The restaurant definitely needed more help. Front desk was wonderful friendly caring supplies were given to us regularly

The receptionist “upgraded” your rooms to ensure we had rooms next to each other and that were connecting…we get to the room and they didn’t connect! The beds so way too small! Housekeeping had to be requested and not already done on a daily. We had to go all the way downstairs to get more towels after a long day at the park.

This was advertised as a World Mark resort. But it is owned by Sonesta.

Our joined units doors locked automatically when went from room to room. We got locked out and had to have maintenance guys had to unlock it for us but it took all night for him to show up. Pretty upset about that.
