☆ General: The Frame TV + Smart TVs throughout, washer + dryer, high speed WiFi, central A/C, complimentary linens and towels, cooking spices, toiletries, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels.

☆ Main Space: Open floor plan, Sectional sofa, The Frame TV. Dining table seats 8 people, bar table behind the sectional sofa seats 3 people, and kitchen island provides seating for 4 people. Half bath located off the living room. Laundry room located off the kitchen.

☆ Kitchen: Fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, cookware and bakeware, serving platters, glassware, storage containers, toddler dining necessities, and more.

☆ Primary Bedroom 1 : Main level- King size bed + Queen sleeper sofa, backyard views, luxurious ensuite bathroom with soaker tub, and large walk in shower with dual shower heads.

Primary Bed 2: Second level- King size bed, Bay views, private ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3: Second level- Full over Full bunk beds, walk in closet.

Bedroom 4: Second level- Two Queen size beds, walk in closet.

Bedrooms 3+4 share a large bathroom with separate vanities and a private shower/toilet room.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 10:00 AM today. Place all used towels in bathtubs. Strip sheets from all used beds and place sheets on top of used bed.
Load all dishes into the dishwasher and start cycle. Remove and dispose of all food items in refrigerators & pantry Gather all trash from kitchen and bathrooms and place in the provided bins outside
If furniture moved, replace to original location. Tidy patio, return swimming gear to garage, scrape grill. Thanks so much for your efforts, we wish you all safe travels home. hope to host you again!

Wonderful home away from home! If you have children, this house is an absolute dream. The host was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful, with amazing ocean views. We would stay here again and again!

Amazing stay at the Salty Pelican

Stayed with 8 friends for a trip to Seabrook from Canada. Everyone had a great time. The place is well equipped to ensure everyone of all ages has a great time. Big beautiful rooms available for all guests

There was 13 of us-6 adults and 7 kids that ranged from 12-16 years old. Property was beautiful, well stocked, great outdoor space. Had some minor issues and property manager immediately responded and corrected issues. Great location-would definitely stay again!

Amazing Experience at The Salty Pelican

Thank you so much for making our family celebration so special. The Salty Pelican is extremely well appointed and clean. Many thoughtful amenities. The host is extremely communicative and saw to it that everything was perfect! We will look to book again next year.

Great stay near the water!

This house has everything you can think of for a perfect vacation rental! All the toys, all the comforts of home, kitchen needs, kids extras, etc. We were really impressed with the attention to detail throughout the home. The pool was a hit with the kids too! Great outdoor area with TV, grill, pool, games, etc. Our weather wasn't great, but we still had an incredible time with all of the different options available. Great location to walk down to the water, and a quick car ride to great food, grocery store, etc. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Coastal Getaway-Awesome House in Seabrook!

We had two families stay at the Coastal Getaway house. Very large rooms, Open Floor Plan, very stylish home. How about the outdoor area? Great space on bottom floor, cool breeze flowing all day long in the shade, great for entertaining, cooking, swimming pool was great. We had a blast at the Coastal Getaway House. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Spot

We were here for my husband to do some work in Houston, and we wanted to stay outside Houston for something quieter and family friendly and this was exactly that. You can tell this is a well looked after family residence. Spotless, fully stocked with everything (and more!), at the end of a dead end road right off the water and full of toys and private backyard playspace for kiddos. We felt so at home here with our 2 and 4 year old, and Ashley was so easy to get a hold of. If you like something outside the big city thats quiet, well loved and feels like a 2nd home I would 10 out of 10 recommend this spot! Thanks again for having us, Ashley! :)

This property is a good size for a family or group of friends. The location was perfect and close to so many things! The check in process was easy and convenient. A few things that could be improved for next time: the wi-fi was super slow for our whole trip and this annoyed my kids when they wanted to watch tv as it kept buffering or losing connection. I just relied on my phone data to access the internet. Also the pool fountains kept streaming hot water and by midday the water was unbearably hot and felt like a hot bath. I didn't know how to change the temperature so we just used the pool in the morning. The house had several children's books, games and toys which my kids loved but a few toys were missing parts or needed new batteries. These things were minor issues for us and overall we had a great time in our trip. Thank you for hosting us!
