This property stats that it sleeps 3, however, there was no actual bedding for the futon. The main bed is very used and uncomfortable. The heating was wall units that made a strange noise that never stopped making sleep even worse. The kitchen had 0 cups, 1 spoon and a few dishes. Do not plan to actually try and have a meal there. There was no bath mat in the bathroom, and only 2 towels. This was the worse VRBO rental I have ever paid for.

Great little place

The unit is not family size but just the right size for a couple, or in my case, individual. It is a brand new place, not sure if it is brand new construction or remodel. Right where I wanted to be, within walking distance of downtown. I would stay here again.

Place smells like a pack of cigarettes. Only two bath towels in whole apartment. No hand towels. Cigarette burns on couch and front window. Had to ask host for an extra blanket and pillow to sleep on couch. There’s literally nothing in most of the drawers. Upstairs neighbors were fighting every day and violent. Roach in the kitchen. Toilet clogs easily. Host is responsive, but this place is sketch and didn’t feel safe.

Out of town concert

Property is very easy to find, well maintained, and clean. Safe area. Host was easy to communicate with and provided assistance without any issues or delay. Highly recommend.

First was the toilet constantly gettong clogged up. Froze your tush off in there also. NO HEAT. Second. The heaters would make a very load annoying

Cool spot, broken toilet

Listing is very accurate with location and images of the place. It’s small, but has a bigger living room. We used the toilet once and it was broken. There was a lot of miss communication leaving to it being “fixed” but not. Had to drive to the grocery store to use the restroom. Other than that cool spot

Cute little stay

It was a great location most of all! We were close to everything. Could use a little maintainance. Fans and air conditioner were a little noisy. It needs more kitchen necessities like cooking tools/dishware, coffee pot, and maybe ice trays. We didnt cook but we got to enjoy places like Tanya's Soup Kitchen, Meddys, and The Donut Whole. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Good place for the price. Michael was friendly and helpful!

This is the worst place we have every stayed. The pictures are very deceiving. The entrance portrayed in the pictures was not accurate. The doors leading into the property and into the individual area barely opened/closed. There was a pot/bucket on the front porch full of discarded cigarette butts. We only stayed for 1 night and were contemplating leaving the first night, but it was too late to find another place to stay. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we felt very unsafe. We made alternate reservations for our second night in town. There were only 2 towels, no wash clothes, dish towels, etc. We could never get the front door to lock after initially coming in. You definitely get what you pay for here. We would not even stay at this place for free. We should have been refunded our money for such a misrepresentation.

It was dirty, smelled of mold. The front room heater didn't work well. No heat in the bathroom. No pull out couch. Fridge was dirty. The host interacted with me until i told him it was a bad experience. We didnt stay for our second night. It was a bummer. My kid didnt sleep well in the cold room.
