This fabulous home boasts four bedrooms, whitewashed pine floors, wainscoting, and casual coastal decor, and an elevator.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

The first-floor sitting room, which opens onto the lakeside deck, has a mini refrigerator and a queen pullout sofa for the kids to congregate. A queen bedroom and the bunkroom share the hall bath. The beautifully stained stairs lead you to a wide-open, bright, and cheery living room, dining area, and kitchen filled with comfy furniture including a sleeper sofa. The large dining table has plenty of seating for your family meals prepared in a top-of-the-line, fully stocked kitchen. This floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

The third floor is a large king suite with a spacious bathroom, walk-in closet, and king bed. Enjoy your private balcony that boasts spectacular views of Lake Gavin, Kiera's pool, and Gulf and Bay peeks. This home has so many extras, even an elevator for your convenience! There is a flat-screen TV in every room, equipped with Roku, for those times when you just want to hang out. This great property accommodates up to thirteen people comfortably! The Coastal Hideaway is just steps away from fishing on both lakes, swimming at three pools, dining at Lisabella’s or Dylan's Coal Oven Pizza, shops at the Market, and private beach access to the Gulf of Mexico. Come spend some time with us, and enjoy all of the Port Aransas attractions!

Coastal Hideaway is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Coastal Hideaway the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Beach get away

The house was great, we enjoyed our stay, the only thing I would suggest is to have available the couch bedding sheets, there were only blankets. Other than that everything else was very good.

Great place for family getaway with a few minor issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice long weekend at Cinnamon Shore and Coastal Hideaway. The layout was perfect from our group of 8 (7 adults, 1 child), although we could have had even more people comfortably. The location is perfect, close to the boardwalks to the beach and pools. The rental staff at CS is very responsive and ready to help. We had a few minor problems with the property. The elevator was not functioning when we arrived, which was inconvenient because this was the time we needed it the most to cart our many supplies to the second floor kitchen. It was fixed, however, by the end of the day. The property was mostly in good shape, however some of the windows would not open at the second floor bedroom due to corrosion and some of the shades were broken. While this might not be an issue most of the year when the weather is hot, we had weather perfect for open windows. The kitchen supplies needed a little attention, especially the lack of cutting board and scary frying pan with disintegrating Teflon. The table out on the second floor deck was also not in very good condition with a lot of flaking, and a screen was ripped. Obviously this is a very harsh climate. But everything else was in decent condition, and it was a very good value. Despite the minor issues, I would likely stay at this property again. Certainly would stay at Cinnamon Shore again, they do a great job! Thanks to all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home worked perfectly for 6 adults and 3 kids under 6. Elevator was perfect for those who couldn't use the stairs. The home was very clean. We had one issue with a broken door knob but someone was sent quickly to fix it. (Kind gentleman he was too!) The walk to the beach was very doable, even with little ones. We all enjoyed the pools and the splash pad at CS South. Having the pizza place nearby was a bonus after driving all day. Oh, bring mosquito spray!

Please consider stay 4 nights get 5th night free like many other rentals.Kitchen is very well furnished, particularly with small appliances (toaster, blender, crockpot, food processer, coffee maker with k-cup as well as a Keurig. Could have used a nice griddle for stovetop or electric but made due with the nice non-stick frying pans for pancakes. Nice assortment of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. Loved the gas range. Beds pretty comfy. Elevator is a plus for move-in/move-out. Ice maker kept up with our use. Cinnamon Shore should provide supplies that coordinate with length of stay. Needed more T-paper (3 BR with one roll per BR and one spare roll for 5 night stay), paper towels (2 rolls), dishwasher detergent (4 pods), dish soap (3 oz. bottle), etc. for longer stays. Plan to bring extra from your home. There were plenty of kitchen trash bags. Saw 2 roaches during stay. Maybe time to spray again but know it is a perpetual problem in this part of the world. Overall, a very nice home to rent.

Bed bugs during our stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 230 Bent Grass Monday, June 24 - Friday, June 28. On Thursday morning, we found bed bugs in the master bed on the third floor. Upon further investigation we found the sheets extremely dirty. Every year we take a family trip to Port A. We wanted to splurge this year and spend alittle more since our oldest is leaving to college this fall. This was our first time staying at Cinnamon Shores; We were very excited to finally try out the place. I have to say, we were let down and very disgusted with the cleanliness of the bed. For the cost of the rental, bed bugs was not something I thought I would have to worry about. The stench of raid as soon as you enter the home should have been a red flag for us. We are fumigating our items and had our pest control come by our home for an extra spray. It’s unfortunate a beautiful home like this is not kept in pristine condition. We notified the attendant during check out, sent text messages and emailed Cinnamon Shores immediately after leaving, til this day management has not reached out.

The staff booked us in a house that flowed nicely for the group and service at all the pools and in office was great!This is the fourth time I have booked at this resort and I would say in Texas it is the most ideal and well managed for a family vacation. I look forward to returning again soon.

Renting the golf cart was a little expensive but was a great adventure for the kids and allowed us the opportunity to drive along shoreline. Suggestions: please provide more than two pods for dishwasher especially since it’s required to wash the last load before checking out and a cleanser is needed to clean the pots and pans correctly. Pls provide foil and seran wrap for food leftovers especially since it’s a premier rental. Also a few more newer beach towels would be nice. .

Cinnamon Shore had excellent amenities for everyone in our multi-generational group. Having services like beach chairs/umbrellas and poolside food/beverage service made everything easy. Onsite restaurants Lisabella's and Dylan's were delicious, and we loved having live entertainment and movies in the evenings. Beautiful lawns and common areas gave young people a place to play. Having a golf cart was fun and is a must for getting to the beach. CS Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We selected Coastal Hideaway 230 BE specifically because we had two new babies and it featured a contained first level with 2 bedrooms/1 bath plus living room/kitchenette/laundry. The second and third floors had comfortable bedrooms and full baths so everyone had privacy and could spread out. Be aware that the master bathroom is open to the master bedroom. If you're an early riser or on a different schedule, it's hard not to wake up the other person. Otherwise, the house was exactly what we wanted. It is beautifully decorated and has a lovely view of the canal and pool area. It has a well-appointed kitchen, a working outdoor grill, large dining table, etc. so we were able to have some meals in. We would definitely recommend this property!

The location is ideal, with an amazing view of the lake and a short walk to the pools and beach. We had a wheelchair user in our group, and while the beds were a bit high for an easy transfer, the elevator worked perfectly for access throughout the home. Maintenance provided a ramp for the front steps, so our visit couldn't have been easier. We can't say enough great things about this home a d look forward to a future stay!

We had babies sleep in travel cribs that were delivered to the house for us, making it very convenient not to have to fly with them. There is a queen bedroom and bunkroom on first floor. queen bedroom on second floor (main floor) and master on the 3rd floor. Nice kitchen, living room and big dining room table perfect to accommodate out group. Nice bathrooms and cool porch overlooking the pond with a table, chairs and two grills. Also very close to beach, could easily walk, but we rented a golf car, making it extra convenient. Great house, highly recommend it.

Only thing I would suggest is upgrading the shower head on the master bedroom because it doesn’t have a lot of water pressure. We had an issue with the elevator prior to leaving since it was on the third floor and the door wouldn’t open. Other than that we had a great time! Would Definitely go again.
