The third party “room stay” or whatever it was called made it super confusing & frustrating & customer service was crap. The onsite hotel clerks gried to help, but were overworked and not very professional.

After time in the mountains in my younger years, this was my first stay in the city. The location of this hotel allowed for easy walking to shopping, restaurants, and historical landmarks.
