Was stated that there was free parking and breakfast included. Neither were true. Spent 400 more than was listed for 3nights.

First time in downtown Denver

After time in the mountains in my younger years, this was my first stay in the city. The location of this hotel allowed for easy walking to shopping, restaurants, and historical landmarks. The hotel experience was effortless in terms of check-in, snack/drinks, and uber accommodating for Uber Eats in a pinch. When my travels bring me back to Denver, I already know where I'll stay...

No pool, parking was so expensive. Did not understand cancellation policy so I had to go even though I didn’t want to. Very disappointed. The third party “room stay” or whatever it was called made it super confusing & frustrating & customer service was crap. The onsite hotel clerks gried to help, but were overworked and not very professional.

I liked the room very much the bedding and bed were very comfortable. However the temperature in the room could have been better and also the picture of the pool wasn’t as accurate as it looked online. It looked much bigger than it actually was.
