Welcome to "Coral Cay" - Your gateway to a remarkable coastal living experience!

PLEASE NOTE: Beach access is just east of us thru the Lupine Beach Neighborhood Beach Walkover. This is not access directly out of the house. It's about a 3-4 minute walk from the house to the sand. Note that the beach walkover does have stairs up and down over the dunes, so it is not handicap accessible.
Also, as is the case with most beach properties along 30A, new construction noise will occur at other properties. Sorry, but we have no control over neighboring areas.

Great for big group

Family of 13 stayed. Everything in house is awesome. Elevator was clutch for my father who has limited mobility. Would definitely come back! Hosts were super responsive and helpful

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and the pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach was nice. Only opportunity is the construction across the way which wasn’t really a big deal but wish we knew about since it was louder when at the pool.

Perfect 40th Birthday Trip

This house is awesome, exactly as described in the listing. We arrived to find the pool pre-heated and house clean. The property manager was fantastic in getting back to us on any questions we had about the house, pool, beach etc. We visited in October, so the beach we pretty much our own private beach. Overall a fantastic house for large groups. We would definitely stay their again.

Clean, well appointed home, beautiful beach. Spacious kitchen, dining area and family room. Great for large group. Loved having 2 dishwashers. Every bedroom with their own bathroom. Ideal for extended family stay to celebrate my Mom’s 80th!! New home construction near by.

Beautiful Home. Plenty of room for 14. Property Manager was very helpful and responded to our calls promptly. Looking forward to house having direct access to the beach from home boardwalk (current construction in area delaying access). Would recommend performing preventive maintenance. We had to deal with alarms (garage, smoke alarms then pool) going off during the day and night due to dead backup batteries. Change HVAC air filters. The filters were badly clogged with dust. Replace worn bed coverings.

Location is not accurate

We rented this home based on the map Vrbo provided showing it was a 5 minute walk into Rosemary beach - you don’t get the exact location until booking and it’s non-refundable at that point. The actual location is about a 30 minute walk to Rosemary. Now that’s not the owners fault as VRBO lists it that way. But be careful if you think you are getting a place with easy access to Rosemary. I’d also warn that you are in the middle of a construction zone as the 3 ocean front homes are currently being built. Constant construction noises and trucks driving by the entire time. The home itself is beautiful and has a great layout for big groups with plenty of space. We only had two families so had plenty of extra rooms. I’ll also add the maintenance guys were great. Any little issue and we could easily communicate with them they would be there. House was pretty sandy when we got there. Huge group before us did a number on the house and only 2 people were there to clean. However, maintenance were nice enough to buy a vacuum and we could run it ourselves.

Gorgeous & spacious beach front property

Our experience with renting here was great! The property manager Ryan was extremely quick to respond to any questions that we had and even replaced a coffee pot for us that was missing when we arrived within an hour of letting him know. The house is much bigger in person than the photos lead you to believe, plenty of space for a great stay with family and friends. All of the furniture I beautiful and comfortable. All of the bedrooms are incredible and beds are super comfortable too. We stayed with multiple families with kids a variety of ages and we felt the layout of the house was perfect for us! The location was great, the beach was never crowded and it’s an easy bike ride in to rosemary for coffee/shopping. We loved the double dishwashers, extra mini fridge spaces at both bar areas and the extra ice maker. The doors to the pool do have a loud alarm that sounds when the doors are open so that took some getting used to but we understood the liability & safety purpose of it, especially with young kids around. The only thing we really wish we’d known about beforehand was the construction beginning behind the homes where we thought we’d be able to walk directly to the beach from behind the house but either way it didn’t negatively affect our stay, we would have just been more prepared with wagons or backpack coolers to haul our things to the access point around the front corner of the house. It does look like they’re half way complete with new board walks that *may* be accessible right next to the back of the pool. I’d just clarify before we stay next time. We’ll definitely rent again!
