Exactly what we reviewed and expected! This cozy little cottage was perfect for our stay and we would definitely rent it again! There was nothing missing, so convenient and close to the charming downtown! Highly recommend Betsy’s Crepes for breakfast and The Bell Tree Irish pub food for a relaxing evening with friends! A for the Shire!!

The location is fantastic! Extremely walkable to everything in DT Southern Pines. Cute spot with plenty of space for 1-2 people. The washer/dryer unit is really nice to have and something you don't normally get in smaller space.

Perfect location, great little place.

Stayed for 4 nights while in town for work. The location is excellent with most amenities in Southern Pines within a 5 minute walk. The property itself is well appointed and spotless in a quiet area (relatively close to the rail line but most places are in SP). Will definitely look to stay here again when in town next.

This was the perfect setting for a getaway to Southern Pines/Pinehurst area. Easy access to downtown Southern Pines. Short drive to Pinehurst resort/golf.

Needed a spot for a work trip. Perfect amount of space for me (1 guy). Easy parking and entry. I ended up using the bar top island as a work space. Bed was great. Ac units are easy to control. No real glaring issues that Id put in a review.
