This house is rented for a minimum one (1) month stay and may or may not be available for the months you desire. Rates may vary by season. Shorter term stays may be considered, seasonal rates will apply. Longer term stays may be considered, inquire for more details. Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. The house was everything we were expecting. Newly remodeled and lovely. The sheets and towels were soft and comfy. Even had Charmin TP. Never get that! Kitchen very well stocked.backyard was beautiful and well manicured. Bicycling was an issue because of hills. We’re older so e bikes. The con was no pantry. I’d recommend this home to anyone.
Our family, including our dogs, had a great stay at this property. It is conveniently located just a short walk down to the beach. We spent most of our days down at the beach, enjoying the cool weather! The check-in process is a bit more involved than other Vrbo’s we’ve stayed at because you have to drive down to the realty office to sign and pick up the keys. Please note that this home has an attached studio and it is possible that there are tenants there while you stay. There were tenants in the studio for about half of our stay. While it did not impact our stay, we would have liked the listing to be more clear that the backyard space and parking may be shared. Overall, we loved this quaint beach town and hope to return!
