Traveling with your little ones? We’ve got you covered. We offer a pack n play, a stroller, a highchair, and children’s cookware.

Stuck inside the house on a rainy day? Gather around for some board games, or even better, enjoy a friendly round of billiard in our game room.

A gas grill is provided. However, we do not refill the propane tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

Pool settings are all scheduled. When purchased, the pool heat is set to 85 degrees, and the heater will run from 8am till 8pm. However, if the ambient temperature drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool’s temperature, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. The pool heater fee is $25/night, and it’s offered from november till May.

Kindly note that the spa shares the same heater as the pool during the cool season, and the jets don’t work, but the bubbles do.

Dogs are allowed for an additional $125/pet per stay.

Can’t wait to hit the beach, but missing the essentials? Have no worries. We provide our guests with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, 2 coolers, a beach wagon, a baby stroller, a volleyball and floaties.

If you're looking for a party house, please do not book! This property is ideal for large family vacations.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* Private parking is available for up to 4 cars.
* For your convenience, there's a separate laundry room with a washer, a dryer and cleaning supplies.
* For your safety, we've installed one ring camera overlooking the front yard and driveway.

FREE CANCELLATION
The summer/fall weather in Florida can be unpredictable. Ensure peace of mind with our flexible free cancellation policy, to protect yourself from bad weather and other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent your trip. If you choose a flexible cancelation policy, you can cancel your trip 1 day prior to arrival and get a full refund. During your stay with us, we can be reached 7 days/week from 7am to 9pm.
