Welcome to CasAmigos! Contemporary Ocean Front Villa with 180° Panoramic Ocean & island views of the Gulf of Chiriqui National Park. Over 6000 sq ft of Open concept, indoor/outdoor living with private pool & spacious terraces for lounging, sunsets & stargazing. Direct beach access. Ocean breezes, tropical birds, exotic monkeys, iguanas & dolphins in the Bay. Private gated community. Large sand beach, perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, long walks, bocce ball or just relaxing & enjoying the sounds of nature. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining & living space plus there is a bonus "casita" with it's own kitchen & living space. Love to cook outdoors? There is an exterior kitchen/bar with bbq, stove/oven, sink & fridge too! Let us know if you'd like to island hop, whale watching (late June through October), head out to do some deep sea fishing or if you'd like to relax at CasAmigos and have a massage...We can get these organized for you! There are several delicious restaurants in the area & a lively Tikki Bar on Saturday nights. And for those who want a little exercise there is disc golf & pickleball in our community. Boquete isn't too far away & makes a great day trip for golfing, hiking and their Tuesday Market.

Monty and Lance are great hosts. The Villa and beach setup was as great as it looked on the pictures. Very cosy, quiet place and well equipped - the kitchen was outstanding. It was definitely a home away from home! The kids loved the pool very much. There are many things to explore in the surrounding and Monty/ Lance have been very much of support. We will come back to this lovely place!

Awesome Property

the property and surroundings is amazing, the cliff, the beach. everything was perfect except for the grill. the grill needs some serious cleaning or better yet, replacement of the insides. we wanted to use it but just could not. The main patio doors would not lock, made us who stayed in the main portion of the home feel uncomfortable. Other than those two items, 5 stars!

Our management team works hard to catch these things preemptively but if there are ever any concerns after check-in, they live only a few minutes away, ready to resolve anything that may come up during your stay. Hi there! My wife Monty (Brenda) and I currently share our time between Boca Chica, Panamá and our home in Toronto, Canada. Our passions are: family, friends, fabulous food and wines, travelling, music & sailing. Having lived abroad for many years, in several parts of the world, we were keeping an eye out for our “escape the winter” spot. We started coming to Panamá to visit family 16+ years ago. Exploring the entire country (north, south, east and west) we found the tiny fishing village of Boca Chica! An oasis on the Pacific coast with an international community & in the gorgeous Gulf of Chiriqui National Marine Park. We fell in love!
Casamigos, our home in Rincon Beach Estates, Boca Chica has been lovingly designed and created by Monty. She stayed in Panamá managing the build, down to every last detail, we hope you love it as much as we do! Enjoy.

The views are spectacular. Incredible indoor/outdoor space. The house is very relaxing with the ocean breezes. Also love having the bonus exterior kitchen/bar and casita with it's own living room and kitchen.
