Beautifully fully furnished private apartment with new hardwood floors throughout the unit. The Apartment contains the following for use while staying here: Stove, Refrigerator, linens, bedding, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, Ninja blender, microwave, toaster oven, TV, Internet equipment, bed sets, 5 lamps, couch, and more. Golden Hills is a family friendly area of Tehachapi and Dial A Ride bus service is available to take you into town or other areas of Tehachapi for shopping and dining. This gorgeously remodeled unit is set in the middle of a six-unit complex with a large lawn, trees and parking. The living room and kitchen are spacious and have a mountain view. There is a washer and dryer facility on-site. You will have a single car garage to park your car. This is a well maintained, pet friendly building with long term respectful tenants. The exterior is thoroughly cleaned weekly by dedicated cleaning personnel. The property is also landscaped weekly.
