This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, full kitchen, washer and dryer plus a breathtaking ocean view.

The Master suite includes: 1 King Bed, (1) full bath, and your very own Jacuzzi
bathtub. TV and your personal A/C. A hairdryer is included.

Bedroom Two includes: 1 King size bed, personal A/C, (2) Full Bathroom and spacious shower in the hallway next to the bedroom. Hairdryer is included.

Bedroom Three includes: 2 twin size beds, (3) private Full bathroom, and personal A/C.

Hair dryers and Iron are included.

The Kitchen- Has granite countertops, all new appliances, pots and pans, and new dishes.

Living room - Has a flat-screen TV(50") for entertainment.
Washer and dryer included.

Maria was great at communication and got back with our questions quickly. Wonderful view, and the condo was clean and spacious. The Hotel Festa American is an all-inclusive hotel. There is one bar at the pool and a lunch place to get food. There were never enough pool chaises and chairs. Many are in disrepair. The property needs work. Still lots of great restaurants nearby. And the PV Marina is only a 20 cab ride away with lots of fun places.

So Relaxing!!

The space was perfect for my family of 4. Everyone had their own spaces. We spent most of our time at the pool or sitting on the balcony. The restaurants at the attached Wyndham were very convenient. About a 25-30 minute ride from the airport to Villa Magna. Check-in was a breeze. Maria was incredibly responsive to my questions and requests. Ubers were plentiful, and we traveled to the Malcon for shipping and restaurants, a 35-40 minute ride. Highly recommend!

Amazing Condo and Property

We spent spring break staying in the condo and it was wonderful. We are a family of 5 traveling with my Dad (so a total of 6). The condo had everything we needed and more. We bought groceries, walked to dinner, enjoyed the beach and the pool. The team at the gate will get you a taxi anytime you need one. Maria answered all our questions and was great to work with. Everything was awesome. Villa Magna is a gem!

Amazing property right on the beach

We just stayed in this apartment to celebrate my Mother in Law’s birthday. The view of the unit is perfect, you get to see the sunset but is not hot in the afternoon. The beach is great. You get the amenities of a hotel but in an apartment. It worked great for us, my kids had a blast in the beach and the pool. There are restaurants in the hotel but you eat in restaurants very near, 5 minutes by car. You have also a close mall with restaurants and supermarket nearby where you can buy food for the week if you choose to. The airport is 20 to 30 minutes away. Maria was a great host, I would definitely recommend this property and we plan to come back.

Best Location and Beach in Nuevo Vallarta

A superior spacious condo property on the 7th floor with a spectacular balcony from which to enjoy coffee with a view each morning. Right on the beach and several inviting swimming pools as well. Gate-guarded property requires provided wrist bands for ID. Well-appointed full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of towels, TV, and excellent internet. Parking space provided on site for our rental car. Our host, Maria, was very communicative, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our week's stay. When not sleeping we spent most of our time relaxing with the view on the outdoor patio and the comfortable sofa in the living area. The beach goes on forever in two directions for long walks with feet in the sand and surf. I would have loved a grill on the patio for home cooking but the kitchen had more than enough of everything. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful place for a vacation

Generally everything met our expectations. We stayed in this complex a couple times before and like that the area as it seems safe and has restaurants on resort and within walking distance. Maria was a great host to deal with and was responsive when we had questions. Within the unit there were a few minor maintenance items that should be dealt with (Maria thanked us for letting her know and said they would) and a deep clean of floors and patio. Nothing that affected the quality of our stay. Otherwise the condo is set up very well to have a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, but Does not have an in counter oven. There is a countertop toaster oven that works well for medium serving size baking.

Absolutely beautiful location. Maria was fantastic to communicate with and the most responsive host we have ever dealt with. This condo is equipped with everything that you need and has great space and layout. Mom, dad and two teens traveling together and it was perfect.One recommendation that we would love to have for when we book again is to have a bbq or grill on the patio (it would make this perfect)!
