Everything from communication, to check in was great! The grandkids enjoyed the indoor water park and the pool at the top of the mountain. The description was exactly what was mentioned, clean, quiet, secured, will definitely go back.

Amazing Experience, Beautiful Property, Highly Recommend

From the moment we arrived everything was seamless and easy. Quick check in and out room was fantastic. Beautiful views from the balcony, very clean rooms and the staff is wonderful. We used the shuttle service to move around the property to different pools and they were great. The trolly stop picks you up at the main entrance and takes you to downtown Gatlinburg. The property owner was great as well, she really cared that we had a great experience. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again in the future. We miss it already.
