Perfect stay for us. Very nice common area. The room was good. Smelled a little possibly because it was a pet friendly room but it was tolerable. Close to all of piers we like to visit. Will definitely stay again.

Staying over during a sterssful move

Ingrid at the front desk was very attentive, polite and accommodating, all with a kind energy that was much appreciated as we were staying during a stressful move. Shuttle to the airport was on time and very helpful. It was also a very quiet stay!

The room we were first assigned to smelled of moth balls, so we were moved. Hallway carpet is stained and worn.The pool was not heated as stated in description.No microwave in room, but we were able to request one.

Comfortable stay close to the ocean

We very much enjoyed our stay.Highlights: Extremely comfortable bed, clean pool, close distance to beach and restraunts.Downside: No microwave, housekeeping does not clean rooms every day, we had to wave down a housekeeper to get more towels and coffee, and garbage was full so needed a fresh bag. Ice machine is only on 2nd floor so had to walk aways to get ice. 150 deposit is not refundable but they took 30 a day parking out of it.We did have a nice stay despite these negatives and loved swimming in the pool and the bed was glorious!!

The room was dirty so they reassigned us to another room. The location is OK, property is not clean. Room was ok but very dated. Found opened half eaten bags of candy and snacks under the mattress. We always check rooms for bed bugs (which they did not have any) but found the opened half eaten snacks. Carpets stained. Hair in bathtub. Hallways full of trash and old beds
