Perfect layout. I had a long stay, grocery shopped, kitchen had everything you needed. Traveled with dog. Courtyard was terrific, dog park two blocks away. Will return.

I cannot rate this spot highly enough. What a delightful, inviting space. Right across the street from beach access and smack dab within walking distance to lots of yummy restaurants.Inside the unit, everything felt brand new, fresh and super clean. The outdoor space was clean and despite being on a busy main stretch of road it felt like your own little oasis. The cafe tables, Ratan furniture and chaise lounge chairs were all in good condition and so comfortable. My dog loved it!The unit itself, as advertised, is super small but very well organized and immaculately maintained. The decor is fun and functional.I’m usually a grocery shopper and cooker but I did not this trip. No dish washer would make this a bit of a pain here, but the kitchenette seemed perfectly equipped with nice, new pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. to at least prepare a quick breakfast. We did make coffee each morning and there is a Keurig combo coffee pot/pod machine that appears brand new and works well.I was most impressed with the fact that there were stacks of towels in the closet. Plenty of beach towels for three days of beach excursions and 3 clean towels to spare! And bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths galore. I hate having to use a damp bath towel for days and that never happened. What a pleasure!Every appliance, tv, ceiling fan, lamp and light switch worked. The water pressure was fine and the water got hot and stayed that way. Seriously, not one little issue here! PERFECT!
