Nice House in Tuscaloosa

We had an enjoyable stay in the Tuscaloosa house. It is great for large groups. The house was extremely clean and the amenities were as described.

Home is as advertised. 13 family/friends stayed comfortably in home. It had all the amenities you need and has large kitchen table, large couch in TV room and two TVs in game room which allowed us to watch multiple football games at same time all while playing pool. Hosts responsive and location was in quiet neighborhood, close to campus and downtown.

70th birthday celebration

This property was great! We had family come in from multiple states to celebrate our Aunt's 70th birthday! The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. The large dining room table was perfect for our multiple family meals. The attention to detail was just fantastic, we had everything we needed plus!! We all had a great stay and a great time!

Alabama Football

Over my many years of raising a family we have rented a lot of VRBO rentals and even owned a vacation rental. This was by far the best of all the rentals. Everything was as advertised and more. Clean, an abundance of towels, bed linens, kitchen supplies, ect. Great place! Highly recommend!

This was a wondeful experience. We had my grandfather a little barbecue for his birthday and this was the best place I couldve imagined it being at! It was more than enough room for the out of town relatives that came , the game room was perfect for the kids. Nice neighborhood, and has alot of parking spaces. If you’re ever in town and need a place to stay, right here will not disappoint you!

We had a fabulous long weekend for our youngest son's graduation from UA. The house if very convenient to the university as well as other amenities (grocery store, coffee, etc.). We had all of our grown children (3 with spouses and kids plus the graduate!), so a total of nine adults and three small kids. The house was very comfortable for our group--plenty of space! We cooked meals there (grilled and inside) and hung out there a bit when not at the events and celebrating on the strip! The little kids used the pool and loved it...we enjoyed late night drinks and discussion on the deck. Wish we had another couple of days to relax, but I would recommend this house for other groups our size and wanting a place with kitchen, multiple bedrooms for adults, etc. Would be a great place for game weekends--easy Uber ride to UA/BDS, etc.

Perfect Place to Gather Family

Wonderful stay. Our family gathered together from Tn, La, Fl, Denmark, and France to celebrate my son’s college graduation. The house had so many special touches and lots for all to do. We all loved the game room and the outside fire pit. The best part for us was the big dining table where we could all sit together and share a meal and lots of memories. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one needs for preparing meals. House was beautifully decorated and very clean. Only item we couldn’t find was a broom to clean up some confetti. Highly recommend! 😀

We recently stayed for my sisters hen do. 14 guests. End of May 2025. Villa: Nice and clean with good sized pool. All rooms were spacious and had necessary necessities.Large kitchen and dining area. The villa could do with a bit of an upgrade (lick of paint, sofa bed was a bit worn) but overall it was perfect for the purpose of our visit. Host: Jim was fantastic with communication helped us sort out all our transfers. We had an issue with the air con in one of the rooms and Jim had someone come straight out to try and sort this. We wanted an additional night and this was organised quickly and efficiently. Location: Perfect location for those that enjoy the louder night life of the main strip and despite being so close it wasn’t overly loud however we ventured to old town each evening. Very easy to get a taxi and was only 5 minute drive. Short walk to the beach where there was some lovely restaurants to have food. Close to shops and other amenities. Over all the visit was brilliant, we all had such an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jim again.
