Beach Access at Falcon Shores

A clean, spacious home just steps from the beach.  The coast has many attractions to keep you busy that include the dunes, lighthouses, lakes, rivers, beaches, museums, shopping and restaurants.  The home has a spacious 80" driveway, which is good for trailers filled with toys.  This two bedroom, two bath home has a fire pit, deck,and  patio to keep you enjoying the outdoors and fresh salt air once you return from your adventures. No pets allowed due to allergy issues for guests and owners.  Two RV stations are available for an additional charge for RV each station.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The home was exactly as described & perfect for our little family of three. The ease of beach access was amazing. My boys loved the reclining couch & warm, snuggly blankets. I appreciated the open kitchen and lovely backyard. I believe you will be quite happy if you choose Falcon Shores.

Great little place close to the beach! This home was clean, comfortable and adequate items in the kitchen. We were pulling a small 10 foot trailer behind an suv and there was more than enough room to park. We are traveling for 2 1/2 months so laundry is always a major deciding factor, and they have a good sized washer and dryer. Host was easy to communicate with and even let us check in early! Neighborhood is pretty quiet despite a big resort across the street. You would never know it was there! The beach is long, sandy and great place to look for shells or play in the sand and water. I’d highly recommend this place. It was just two of us but you could put 4 comfortably with the two bedrooms.

Perfect for our family, steps from the beach :)

The whole family enjoyed our stay here. It was sparkling clean and comfortable with ample space to relax indoors and out. Being right next to beach access was such a treat. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home :)

Heceta beach house

The 2 BR, 2 bath home was in great condition with comfortable furnishings that easily accommodated 4 adults and grandchild. Very short walk to beach access.

The living & kitchen area are open and easy to navigate a larger family. Host was easy to reach and accommodating. Kitchen had majority of what we looked for. The back deck is nice for relaxing and catching glimpses of sunsets. Roku tv’s in living room & master bedroom.

Family fun

We enjoyed our trip to Florence Oregon. The home was nice and comfortable. Note to families with young children - the home is filled with family treasures so you will spend a lot of time policing the kids.

Great place for a great week...

We really enjoyed our stay at Hecenta beach and the home was exceptional. We covered the coast from Cape Perpetua to Cape Arago, visiting nearly all the state parks (many) and old Florence OR. The house was perfect to make dinners, prep lunches, and listen to the surf from the back yard. There's plenty of places to pick up needs, with the locals helpful and friendly. Sleeping was nice, no distractions from trains, trucks and noisy neighbors. Kudo's to a great place to stay and visit. Thank you...

Very Pleased

My wife & I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, but this one stood out in a very favorable way. It was exceptionally clean, had nice cabinetry, new appliances - it was great!!! Any questions we had were met with a quick and useful response. This gets a well-deserved 5 stars!!!

As a business owner myself I say the place was super cute and super nice!!!! It did feel like I was staying at a sisters house where I was repeatedly told to keep things clean. To the point I was afraid to get it lived in. I was told this is not a Hotel!!! if there are any crumbs on the counter to wipe them any crumbs on the floor to pick them up, stripped the beds, put them in the laundry basket and all the linens in the house that were used to the point where we used our own towels and continuously wiped the sink so there wouldn’t be a single water spot I felt like it was more work than it was worth

If the guest had read the read me book they would not have had to do all those things. They had never been to a short-term rental before and did not want to clean up after themselves. No one asked them to wipe things down, as I do that. I did ask them to clean up any spills they made.
