NEWLY RENOVATED! Centrally located in Park City, close to many shops and restaurants. This studio is perfect for 2 people with all the amenities that you would need for your stay. TV, wifi, kitchenette, and bathroom, with a shared washer/dryer in the building! There is also a pool and hot tub, as well as an ATM, vending machines, and a cozy fireplace in the lobby. The studio is located in Carriage House Condo. Enjoy your stay!

One code is required for the front door of the building, and a separate code for the room itself. Codes are given upon booking. Shared common areas, free parking with permit. Shared pool and hot tub.

No pets, no smoking inside the room or the building, no ski boots inside the rental, please.
