Clean, great location, comfortable and close to holiday world, walking distance to a delightful shopping center. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans coffee maker, dishes towels and everything you might need. I could not be happier.

Great place

The location was perfect the house was perfect everything was there i.f you needed itthe 2 bathrooms were a lifesaver with 3 teenagers the communication about the lock was great. we had a wonderful experience highly recommend

GREAT location for Holiday World

This was a perfect VRBO for us (a grandma, daughter, and 3 kids). The location was fabulous (1 min drive from Holiday World). The duplex was very well laid out. We REALLY liked this place.

So well stocked! we have 4 kids and there was a night light, and grill tools, and coffee and salt and pepper. And clean cook wear. It was a modest, but was very clean. The sheets and towels were clean and soft and there were plenty for our large family. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms have most everything you would need including first aid supplies and soap. Kitchen has dish soap, hand soap, dish washer and laundry soap! We didn't have to get anything for our 2 day stay. I could have used some black out blinds, but the location was very close to the park (not that you can really walk).. But parking is free at Holiday World, which is the purpose of our trip. We would certainly stay here again. It was a quiet location with good parking. We were able to fit our two cars (van and small car) into the front drive.

Around the corner fun

I would totally recommend this property. It was very clean, well stocked with essentials, and had comfortable beds and furniture. The host made everything easy and even texted to tell us about a tornado warning. I will definitely stay there again!

Five Star Stay in Santa Claus, Indiana

My family and I booked at the last minute so we could go view the Solar Eclipse. The process of booking, checking in and checking out was a breeze. Jodey was very responsive and extremely helpful in making our stay very enjoyable. We would highly recommend a stay here, and we hope to return for a Christmas visit to Santa Claus.

Nicest property with complete amenities

This was the cleanest and nicest property that we have ever rented. The property owner sent all information promptly and I called for help with the thermostat. She was helpful and very nice! Great place!
