This magnificent lodge is built in stone and timber in the finest Patagonian style, and is located right on the shore of Bariloche’s Lake Gutierrez in Villa Arelauquen.

Oak floors and open fireplaces combine with expansive lake and mountain views to make this the perfect place for families and groups looking for a comfortable lake-side retreat.

With an acre of idyllic private parkland to explore, a huge patio overlooking the lake, and direct access to the lake-shore, guests are invited to unwind in style, gaze out over the lake, and watch as the sun sets behind the granite spires and snow-capped peaks of Mount Catedral.

As well as 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is a play area with a ping pong table upstairs. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, gas heaters, wifi and cable TV.

Whether it's skiing, trekking, fishing, golfing, cycling, kayaking or lake swimming you're after, this property is the ideal base for the discerning traveler.

Dos semanas de lujo. La casa , la vista , el clima y el ambiente de la ciudad. Fuimos tres generaciones con dos bebes. Ashley , Carlos y Norma ...... un equipo siempre listo para cualquier necesidad que tuvieramos. Volveremos pronto !!! Ramiro.

La casa es preciosa, muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Y el paisaje es increíble! No hace falta moverse de ahí para relajarse y disfrutar. Ashley es muy atento y está siempre disponible por cualquier inconveniente. Estadia super placentera!! Volvería encantada si se presenta la oportunidad

Passamos onze dias na casa, incluindo natal e reveillon. A estada foi perfeita, a propriedade é muito agradável, uma casa confortável e completa em frente a uma paisagem indescritível. De um lado um bosque e de outro um lago fantástico. Fica a 20 minutos de carro do centro da cidade (a 10 minutos do Cerro Catedral) é recomendável alugar um carro. Não tivemos nenhum tipo de problema (um dia um aquecedor de um dos quartos parou de funcionar, foi resolvido em poucas horas). Recomendo e pretendo voltar. We spent eleven days in the house, including Christmas and New Year's Eve. The stay was perfect, the grounds are very nice, a comfortable home and complete in front of a nondescript landscape. On the one hand a forest and another a fantastic lake. It is 20 minutes drive from downtown (10 minutes from Cerro Catedral) is recommended to rent a car. We have not had any problems (one day a heater of the rooms stopped working, was resolved in a few hours). I Recommend and I'll return.

Hemos pasado unas de nuestras mejores vacaciones. La casa es exactamente como muestran las fotos. La vista es increíble, el entorno es muy tranquilo y el parque esta exelentemente cuidado. Hemos encontrado la casa limpia y en condiciones.. Hemos recibido un exelente servicio tanto por parte del propietario como del administrador Ashley y del casero Carlos. Esta casa es 100 por cien recomendable, tan linda es que no dan ganas de salir de ella ni siquiera para una excursión. Está sobre uno de los lagos más lindos de Bariloche y el cerro Catdral enfrente. No se puede pedir más
